The policies have to be adjusted to the future threat dynamics. Shall the policy is wrong, states must be prepared to accept all the risks. For this reason, it is necessary to renew the approach to deal with all global problems. Renewal of teaching materials is one of the right steps in dealing with the changes that occur.
dc.description.abstract Suriname is a country located on the northern coast of South America. Suriname is one of the smallest countries in South America, but its population is one of the most ethnically diverse in the region. Suriname's economy depends on its vast supply of natural resources, especially bauxite. Currently, Suriname is one of the major bauxite producers in the world. Formerly known as Dutch Guiana, Suriname is a Dutch plantation colony that gained its independence on November 25, 1975. The population of Suriname is mostly workers from the Dutch colony, including people from the Javanese tribe. Even though Suriname is a small country, its natural potential is quite adequate. Thus, many countries have bilateral cooperation to be able to manage the resources contained therein. To that end, Suriname devised policies that were used to cooperate and defend its sovereignty.
