Abstract
Things to realize that, the various issues that both countries always disrupt the relationship must be
overcome, such as territory, policy, and indonesia workers (tki) matters. For that, is proposed form of early
detection system warming in the form monitoring center (mc) as a real effort to prevent of conflict both
countries with good.
Description
The urgency of Foreign Policy Analysis of ASEAN Member States' policies is to provide a concept related to the national
goals of ASEAN membership in following the developments of the current modern era. ASEAN can be solid or not
depending on the agreement between other countries. This is because each country has its own national interest, so that in
the event of a dispute, the ASEAN region can become a theater of war. The policies taken need to be adapted to the
dynamics of national and regional threats, if the wrong policy is taken, it must be prepared to accept all risks.
